About Nat King Cole
On January 27, 1937 Nat King Cole married Nadine Robinson who was a dancer in the band formed by the brothers Coles. At that time their band was to take part in
the all-black Broadway musical revue Shuffle Along and the young couple joined their band together when it was making a tour all over the country.
